Never Too Old To Color

I got home from school on Wednesday and found this…

For years, Santa has brought Chicky new crayons and coloring books.  The one year he didn’t, she complained mightily, so he resumed his tradition the next year.

I figured she was getting too old to color, so I didn’t tell Santa to include crayons this year.

I stand corrected.

This just goes to show that you’re never too old to color.

  1. I love coloring. When my husband and I go shopping, sometimes I go and buy a $.64 pack of crayons and a cheap coloring book and amuse myself all day. 🙂
It’s good to nurture your inner child, if you enjoy it and it’s not destructive, do it. Coloring is calming to me, and it makes me smile. You can never have enough of the simple pleasures.

  2. ahh – good girl – looks like she stayed in the lines 🙂

I still color… love it… when I fly (ugh!) that’s what I do on the plane to try to calm my nerves…

  3. I think I used to color more than my boys did back then 😉
