I was recently told that I’m a hoarder.
I beg to differ.
The correct description of what my couponing has led to is “stockpiling.”
I think it’s a crime to pass up deals in which you walk out of a store paying little to nothing for the items in your bags.
After yesterday’s post, Pat commented that she would like to see a picture of my stockpile…now that I’ve had a few months to collect items.
So, here ya go!
The first picture is my “real” pantry…

And here’s my laundry room/2nd pantry…

I sat on the washing machine to get a better picture…

If you look closely, you’ll see that one box of Crackerfuls has been opened, as have the Caprisuns on the top shelf…evidence that school has officially begun. The kids were sternly warned not to graze too much on these items during the summer. I easily envisioned them tearing through the laundry room, leaving only a trail of crumbs.
My children have been fortunate enough to have lunch food every day, saving even more money in the process.
Don’t ya just love this couponing thing?! I know my family does!
