One sign that the school year is drawing to a close is the playing out of senior pranks.

To make matters worse, tonight is Senior Recognition – a four-hour ceremony during which the seniors are honored for their academic achievements and scholarship awards.
Plus, this is Florida.
It is hot.
It is humid.
It will be stinky.
Attendance of the senior student body, in full cap and gown attire, is mandatory so that they can participate in commencement exercises in June.
