Podcasts I’m Loving

Do you listen to podcasts?

I can’t say that I’m a huge listener. My mind tends to wander. However, there are a few I’ve been tuning into lately.

I am a big fan of the shows, Survivor and Big Brother.

Rob records a Know-It-Alls recap show of each episode of Survivor.

I also enjoy his interview of each voted-off contestant, which he posts the next day.

Taran Armstrong heads up each Big Brother recap.

Truth be told, I enjoy watching the YouTube videos of these podcasts because there’s something very entertaining about the facial expressions that accompany their humorous discussions.

A podcast I discovered during the election season was The Briefing with Albert Mohler.

I love how he breaks down the latest newsworthy issues and explains why they are important to us, as Christians.

Another podcast I started listening to last year is this one . . .

John Bevere spoke at our church last August during our Revival Nights event. He was phenomenal. I will say that his podcasts dig deeper into God’s word, so I have to listen carefully.

A podcast that is a lot of fun is this one . . .

The two hosts are a hoot! Whitney Capps is someone I’ve been learning from ever since the First 5 app came out years and years ago.

She’s a humble servant of God who uses words exquisitely. The podcast’s topics are very relatable.

The next podcast is not one I’m subscribed to, but I’ve been following this gal on Instagram for years and have read a couple of her books.

I feel like she’s a person I could be very good friends with. Her farm babies are always getting themselves into scrapes, and she doesn’t mind sharing her brokenness through the ups and downs of life.

I may go back and start listening to all of her episodes. The only problem is that I have a short attention span where it comes to listening to things. That’s why I don’t do audio books. So, we shall see.
