Can You Guess Who This Is?

The Chicky Children will be out of town for Halloween…attending a church youth retreat.  While there, they are going to have a costume party.

Rockin’ Rooster got an idea into his head about what he wanted to dress up as.  He found a mask (no, this isn’t his real face) and put the rest of the outfit together.

Can you guess who it is?  (If you saw my posts on KH and Ravelry, be good and don’t tell!)  I’ll post the answer on Halloween.
